The University of the Haitian Academy is a new Independ Private Institution of Higher Education in Haiti. The University of The Haitian Academy is a branch of The Haitian Academy, that was founded in New York City, in the United States, in 1979. 

The University of the Haitian Academy, founded in 1993, is also being developed on a campus of more than 20 acres of land, next to the Haitian Academy's preparatory, elementary, high school Divisions. 

The campus is located in Haiti, about 16 miles or 25 km North of Port-au-Prince, at the foot of a mountain called la Chaine des Matteux.

The University of the Haitian Academy's goal is to provide a curriculum geared toward meeting our students' professional aspirations.

The University wishes to offer an environment conducive to learning, development and enrichment of minds, thirsty in quest for knowledge from different experiences.

The institution's commitment to the development of science will help provide the most appropriate experiences for our students to grow for the betterment of their lives, of mankind and society in general.

The University of the Haitian Academy will offer innovative alternatives to learning and strong support to the students to help them develop maturity, autonomy, awareness of their responsibility toward their fellowman, and a sense of dignity in their lives.
